Director of Operations
Jeff Bearance has been working with Dane since he graduated from Michigan State University in 2000. Jeff is currently the Director of Operations for Dane’s practice and is involved in the day-to-day activities working closely with our valued clients, their family members, accountants, and attorneys. With over 25 years of experience and being fully licensed, Jeff is uniquely qualified to assist the team in many areas such as product knowledge, account type strategies, and investment allocation.

PERSONAL DATA
Jeff currently resides in Washington, Michigan with his wife, Lauren, and their 3 boys – Jude (2021), Liam (2022), and Milo (2025). Jeff is an avid sports fan of all Detroit teams, the Pittsburg Steelers (thanks to his wife Lauren!) and some may say an unhealthy fandom of the Michigan State Spartans! He enjoys traveling with Lauren and the boys, even if it only means visiting Lauren’s family in Indiana!
